For the longest time, I struggled with sticking to ways to stay healthy and be active. I always found excuses to eat poorly or to not exercise. From social media, I gained this perspective that I had a look a certain way for the longest time, and I was never happy, even if I was working out everyday. Finally, I have reached a point in my life where I realized that being happy is what matters most to me. I found a balance to eating healthy, yet still enjoying food. I found little things to do to stay active that make it easy for me to remain positive and motivated. Life is too short to be sad about not achieving your goals, so I am here to help and inform you of what things to do to enjoy life in the simplest of ways.


My plan with this blog is to not only include healthy and attainable recipes that I've attained over the years, but to also include little workouts that get your blood pumping. I am no expert in food or fitness, but I found with these things that I have incorporated into my life, they make me happy and more alive.
