In and Out

I don't know about anyone else, but I am the type that likes to get in and out of the gym. I like to sweat and feel like i've had a great workout, but I don't like to be there forever. When I am there too long, I just tend to get bored and unmotivated.
With this quick workout that I am going to share with you guys, it is something that makes me sweat and feel accomplished, but doesn't take up my entire day. I hope that you guys try this out and enjoy!
THE WORKOUT
° start on the treadmill
° walk for 2 minutes on a speed of 4.0
° run for 2 minutes at a comfortable running speed (I do 6.0)
° sprint for 1 minute at a faster pace (I range from 7.5-8)
° do this routine for 20-30 minutes, depending on how you're feeling!
° After the treadmill, find a place where you can do some core work
° 25 jumping jacks
° 15 crunches
° 15 leg lifts
° 30 second plank
° 25 jumping jacks
° do this split 3 times, try to do it without stopping!

That's it! promise by the end of this, you will feel happy with what you have done and be out of the gym in no time :)
